1. Shipping Policy

• Our warehouse is our office where it all comes together. Here we ship our orders and have our store set up with a full supply of inventory for local shoppers and curbside pickup.

• Curbside pickup orders will be held for 30 days only. Unless other arrangements are made previous to 30 days, items will no longer be held and be un-refundable.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING – in Canada & the USA

• Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday – Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post’s delivery standard is 2 – 7 days.
• A Flat Rate shipping fee of $15 applies to shipping to all parts of Canada and the USA.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING – International

• Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday – Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post’s delivery standard is 2 – 7 days.
• A Flat rate shipping fee of $45 applies to orders shipping to accepted International destinations.

Such promotional prices may be available online only and not be available in the Hairy Back Ranch Farm Shop. Likewise, promotional prices and discount offers offered in the Hairy Back Ranch Farm Shop store or on other sites or social media channels may not be available through the website. Prices at physical Hairy Back Ranch Farm Shop store or on other sites may vary from the prices listed on the website, and Hairy Back Ranch will have no obligation to honour or match such prices. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error, Hairy Back Ranch shall have the right to cancel any orders for products listed at the incorrect price upon notice to you, whether or not the order has been confirmed. Coupon Codes

Unless otherwise noted, coupon codes are valid only on orders placed via the website, subject to the terms of this section. Coupon codes can be applied to your order by entering the code at checkout. Hairy Back Ranch welcomes your comments and contributions to third party social media platforms using a Hairy Back Ranch Tag, as defined herein (a “Social Media Post”). However, you acknowledge that if you submit, upload or post any Social Media Post you are granting Hairy Back Ranch a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, assignable and transferable license to collect, use, reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, delete from, prepare derivative works based on and publicly perform, display, transmit, promote, and distribute such Social Media Post for any purpose whatsoever and without restriction. You also grant and are authorized to grant Hairy Back Ranch the right to use, without consideration, any name or likeness you submit with any Social Media Post. You agree this license is effective automatically (without further action by you) when you submit, upload or post the Social Media Post. Hairy Back Ranch shall have no obligation to use your Social Media Post. As used herein, “Hairy Back Ranch Tag” means any tag (e.g., hashtag) that consists of, or refers or links to, a Hairy Back Ranch brand, trademark or the name of a Hairy Back Ranch product or campaign.

You agree to release and discharge Hairy Back Ranch from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your Social Media Post and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above.

You should not submit, upload or post any Social Media Post that: (i) you are legally prohibited from submitting, uploading or posting; (ii) contains product or service ideas that you intend to derive revenue from; or (iii) includes information you wish to remain confidential. You understand that your Social Media Post may be made publicly available and Hairy Back Ranch is not responsible for any use or misuse (including any distribution) by any third party.
