Much of our HBR Trailer fun all began when we were asked to bring our HBR Apparel and set up to participate in a Customer Appreciation Day at Milner Feeds in Langley.
Yes!! We would love to, off we went. We stuffed everything into the horse trailer, shelving, hoodies, sweatpants, hats, all of it!
We arrived and set up just like a mini trade show. They had a BBQ, vendors and plenty of socializing. Sharing time with good people is always a great time.
The following spring rolled around and since we had such a good time there last visit, the idea came to ask if we could do that again, in their parking lot… for a couple weeks? They said sure, so off we went again. This time we set it all up inside the horse trailer, pulled in and swung open the doors! We felt right at home. Customers that came for their pet food at Milner came over to say hello. It was just like having our own portable tradeshow.
Spring turned to summer, summer turned to fall and the weather told us we had to find some heat or close the doors until spring. We got very lucky, we found a bigger trailer with heat!
Very excited, back to Milner we went. With our new set up we stayed until Christmas. What an adventure, we met many people from near and far. Another great experience.
Christmas came and went, winter weather set in so we were happy to be back at the farm in our HBR Warehouse. That is where we do everything. All the office stuff, shipping, orders, folding, organizing and of course sipping Tea!
It was early spring when we got an email from Pemberley Riding School. They invited the HBR trailer to visit their barn. Our immediate answer was Yes! The idea of visiting their Barn with our Trailer sounded marvelous and so we did. They gave us their address and we took care of the rest. On their chosen day(s) we pulled in and set up shop. It was a warm welcome and we felt honored to meet them.
After those 2 days, we knew we were ready for this adventure to continue.
As we met new people from all over, our calendar began to fill!
There is nowhere a horse lover would rather be than at their barn, with their horse, with their barn friends doing their thing!
With that in mind, a little bit of shopping right outside your barn… with your friends, turns out, is oodles of fun!!
All ages, all disciplines, all kinds of barns.
Every single destination is different and yet exactly the same, We All LOVE Horses.
